For our Customer, global IT services company, we are looking for experienced candidates for position:
Senior Network Engineer
Location: Kujawsko- Pomorskie
Responsibilities:
- Participates in or leads complex network, client /server environment, storage design/migration, highly specialized trouble shooting skills.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of applying Advanced Technologies to reach the desired architectural service requirements.
- Solves complex, cross many technologies in network, server, storage, O/S, virtualization, and security.
- Provides technical documentation and Technical support for customers, ensuring the services meets SLA.
Requimerents:
Technical Competencies
· Good knowledge and experience of networking and security services,
· Good knowledge of the physical configuration of IT systems,
· Experience of a client / server environment,
· Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas:
- network configurations and protocols,
- hardware technologies,
- operating systems,
· Ability to structure and write technical documentation
Essential Qualifications
- IP solution design,
- Good understanding of Internet family of protocols particularly TCP/IP and IP/MPLS and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF,
- Data networking troubleshooting in the IP enterprise and core router networks,
- Preferred Certifications include: Cisco CCIE, CCNP, CCNA or Juniper JNCIA or JNCIS, or CheckPoint CCSE+. CCSE
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written (Polish and English),
- Knowledge or experience in Cisco, H3C, 3Com, HP, Nortel, Juniper, CheckPoint, Avaya network solutions,
- Knowledge or experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions,
- Knowledge in management network tools,
- Additional languages speaking is a benefit (i.e. French, German or Dutch)
