• General experience and theoretical background in data warehouse / data mining. Familiar with several business intelligence solutions from different vendors (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle)

• Experience with data model creation and maintenance and overall BI architecture,

• Previously lead a small team, take responsibility for team’s delivery,

• Knowledge and experience working with Oracle data warehouse solutions,

• Knowledge and experience working with SAP BI is an advantage,

• .NET programming skills with WWW programming – advantage,

• Acquaintance with ITIL,

• Project management skills and experience is a plus,

• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of business processes,

• Ability to collaborate with people having various level of technical understanding,

• Overall responsibility for BI systems in SFR and be a technical team lead for BI area

• Participation in Connect project

• Support the use of business intelligence systems throughout all functional areas in the business

• Work with business clients to determine business needs and requirements

• Undertake development of the data warehouse to support identified requirements

• Analyze data source systems and define data mapping and cleaning rules

• Evaluate current systems for efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy
