Project Manager

Successful candidate will be working in multinational team improving quality and extending features of company\'s products. Position is based in Warsaw and located on peaceful suburbs and convenient public transport route.

Candidate should present following skills

• 5 or more years of experience in delivery of software solutions to corporate clients
• 3 or more years of experience of project management experience
• Experience of work in both structured and agile environments
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, RUP, etc)
• Strong leadership skills with drive to deliver, self starter, goals and quality oriented
• Good analytical and presentation skills, ability to face both internal and external client
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of work in multicultural environment, sense of humor
• Flexibility, adaptability to new work environments, positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure - cool headed and focused on principles
• Enjoy learning new skills
• Understanding of Java EE technology, experience of banking industry a plus
• Understanding of configuration management and release management
